Help us raise funds for our tour and celebrate the incredible and diverse talent of the Rocky Mountain High band!
Supporting Metro Community with our December Kelowna concerts!
There is so much talent in the Rocky Mountain High – Celebrating the Music of John Denver’s core band, we decided to do a special concert as a tour fundraiser, featuring all that talent. A great opportunity for our RMH audience to see and hear all these incredible artists shine in their own style and genre.
Featuring the talented musicians who make up the RMH core band. You’ll hear, Neville Bowman, whose jazz and show performances have captivated audiences throughout BC; The incredibly diverse Sean Bray, known for his performances wth Cod Gone Wild and The Songs of the Southern Belles; Susan Aylard a first violinist with the Okanagan Symphony; Chris Stevens known as one the premiere bluegrass banjo performers in Canada; and Scott Grant, drummer supreme, who has played on more records than I can count. Oh and me, Rick Worrall. I will be there too to share some of my career moments from being a Canadian recording artist on several major labels and my early career influences. Plus as special guests Anna Jacyszyn and Delphine Litke!!
It really is amazing to me how such a diverse group of people, from so many different music backgrounds, have come together and found passion and love for John’s music. A wonderful testament to the great music he left us.
So come and celebrate with us and help us dream BIG!!!

New Fall Tour 2024 Announced! See Below!

Rocky Mountain High

Celebrating the Music of John Denver

An outstanding production, created by Canadian recording artist and producer Rick Worrall, and John’s long time friend and arranger/conductor Mr. Lee Holdridge, this production honours the incredible legacy of songs John left us.  Not a dress up like John show, but rather a production that stays true to the original arrangements as first created by Lee Holdridge, John’s arranger/conductor.

Join Rick and his brother Steve Worrall, also a Canadian recording artist who toured with the likes of Amy Sky, Tom Cochrane and more, and an Allstar band comprised of some of the best musicians the country has to offer.  Plus, an ensemble of players from symphonies across Canada.

Here’s what the critics say….

“For the Love of John Denver….Amazing”!! ~ Calgary Herald

“An absolute must see”!  ~ Martin Kull  GM Centennial Concert Hall Winnipeg

“Rocky Mountain High spectacular evening of great music…Every tribute show should be like this one”!!!  The Daily Courier

Sing along to your favourite hits including Rocky Mountain High, Sunshine on My Shoulders,  Thank God I’m a Country Boy and of course Take Me Home Country Roads.

A great show for all ages…isn’t it time your kids and grand kids learned what “FAR OUT!” was all about???
