Tenor David Curry brings a rare combination of musicianship and stage charisma to his performances in opera and concert repertoire worldwide. Recent highlights include Kudryash in Katya Kabanova for Danish National Opera, the Duke in Rigoletto for Oscarsborg Opera, and concerts with the Toronto and Vancouver symphonies in a Lerner and Loewe program with conductor Steven Reineke. Recently he played Flute in Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream for Bergen National Opera and sang Einhorn’s Voices of Light with the Windsor Symphony. David began 2018/19 with the Victoria Symphony Pops Series and returned to Bergen for a production of Bernstein’s Candide. The Ontario Native looks forward to re-appearing in Bergen, Victoria, Toronto and Hamilton.
